About Me

Attorney, Consultant, & Advisor

I will always remember the moral outrage I felt when my boss at Sal's Pizzeria talked down to me for daring to discuss my salary with my coworkers. I was young and naive enough to believe that no worker should be treated with such disrespect and lack of dignity.

That youthful naivety, however, served me well. It sparked a deep conviction that all work deserves respect and that no one should have to settle for unfair treatment. Those early experiences motivated me to dedicate my professional career to improving the lives of working people.

For over two decades, I have worked in the labor movement—as a union organizer, representative, and negotiator—standing alongside workers to demand fairness and dignity in the workplace. In 2014, I graduated from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston and continued advocating for workers as in-house counsel with a union.

Today, my practice builds on that foundation. I continue to represent labor unions while also helping individuals who lack union representation navigate workplace injustice.

When I’m not advocating for workers, you can usually find me with my kids, playing soccer, or out on a bicycle.
