Labor Union Representation

I represent unions in complex negotiations and collective bargaining, arbitration and mediation, as well as NLRB & Public Sector board charges. I also help labor unions manage internal governance issues and DOL compliance.

Labor Union Consulting & Strategic Advising

Often times, a legal strategy is just one piece of a larger plan. My consulting work with unions focuses on building organizing capacity, strategic and comprehensive campaigns, as well as staff and member leadership development.

I also work internationally with unions in Europe, Latin America, and other parts of the world. Identifying leverage points in global supply chains and opportunities for coordinated solidarity actions can be a powerful tool when confronting multinational corporations.
